Hey Hey,

So sorry I haven't posted in a while, but life's REALLY busy right now. A few weeks back, as part of our city, we made giant statues of ourselves. These are of our current skins, although for some reason some of them haven't updated on our blog. Mimsy's one still has to be finished, so it's not in the screenshots, but I'm trying to build it currently, although it's kinda hard! And my version probably slightly incorrect...

Hey guys!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while - life's a bit hectic at the moment! So anyway, a couple weeks ago, I built this little bakery for our city. I have to say, it's pretty cool! I'm also working on a hospital at the moment, and I'll keep you posted on that.

Hey Guys,

So I have now started working on Craftopolis and I am building a market. I have become stuck for ideas and still have 3 stands left. Do you see where I'm going with this... What do I love about 1.8

Hi guys,

Here are 5 things I love about 1.8 in no particular order.

1. Doors are now stackable. This may seem silly but you don't know how handy this really is.

2. MUTTON!!!!!!!!

3. Banners. OMG these are so cool (Will post some more things you can do with banners).

4. Different Fences. When building a jungle house you don't know how good it looks doing the type of wood.

5. Different doors. These doors all look different giving you more options on how your place looks.

Of course I love everything but those are my faves. Sorry My surprise will be held back a bit. I need to 1.8 it. Comment your 5 fave things about 1.8 below.

Help in Survival

Hey guys,

So sorry I haven't been posting in a while. I am just doing a quick post.

So to stay alive in survival follow these tips.

1. Build your house near where animals are

2. Put torches in your house and around it

3. Don't go on easy until you are ready

4. Have an entry from your house to your mine

5. When your hungry don't lose to many hearts because you don't regain hearts if your to hungry

Extra Tip: Don't jump of cliffs or do anything to stupid

Hey Guys,

I am happy to introduce my new segment on the blog- SkyKiwi's Stronghold of Minecraft info. So on this segment I will give you a whole great big stronghold of info of one subject. To start my new segment I am going to tell you about strongholds. Please leave a comment on what I should tell you about next time.

SkyKiwi at the only stronghold with an ender portal in the world.

There are 3 strongholds in every world. One which contains a ender portal. Strongholds can be found by using eyes of ender. Strongholds can vary in size but are mainly large and involve many rooms. Strongholds contain chest, which could contain: Paper, Redstone,Books, Enchanted Books, Coal, Gold Ingots, Iron Ingots, Compasses, Apples, Golden Apples, Ender Pearls,Iron Chestplates, Iron Boots, Iron Pickaxes, Iron Helmets, Iron Leggings, Maps, Iron Swords, Obsidian, and Diamonds. 

Strongholds are underground and often intercepted by cave systems, ravines and abandoned mines. They may be connected to a dungeon or even merge into an abandoned mine. Strongholds contain regular mobs that spawn under normal conditions, as well as silverfish that are created when someone either mines one of the blocks within, or find the End Portal room, which contains a Silverfish spawner. 

Rooms that can be in a stronghold are the ender portal room, empty prison cells, empty rooms, fountain rooms, store rooms, libraries and stair rooms.

How to Download a map for a Apple mac

I love downloading maps and playing LAN with the other Crafters. I think you guys should learn to download a map. This is only for Apple macs. First a good map. Some great searches are minecraft adventure maps or the name of the world (if you know it). Now find the download button and download. Drag it onto the desktop and if it's a zip file open it and turn it into a folder. Go to Go then click go to folder. Type ~/Library then click go. Go into application support then Minecraft. Go into saves then drop the world folder into. Go into minecraft and play your world.
